DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once delivery confirmation is received, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Therefore, the buyer must provide the correct shipping address.
- If stock is out of stock, we will email the customer before shipping.
- If customers receive incorrect or missing goods, we will make amends with the next order.
- If the customer does not accept the compensation, we will refund the customer for the wrong and missing items (not the entire order). If the customer wants to return the entire order, the customer must pay the shipping fee.
